When I was starting out, I wish someone has provided me with guidance on what to do in life even though most likely I would have ignored it.
I wish I had a mentor for what I want to do.
But the problem is I don’t even know what to do back then.
After graduating college, I enrolled in Law school. Then I drop law school without even finishing a semester.
I was working on my first job out of college & enrolled in law school at the same time, so the stress & culture shock of entering the workforce plus school was something that I cannot do.
So I drop law school, then quit my job and rested for a month.
I wish I had those story of quitting my job and doing my own thing in my own garage but no I didn’t. I wasn’t the next great drop out like Bill Gates or Mark Zuckerberg.
Even though I wanted to be an entreprenur , I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t had the courage to try just any business also.
But I thing it worked out well, I will just fail had I tried doing business.
I’ve been working now for the bossman for 10 years.
Everyone is different, everyone have different cirsumtances and path. That’s why I can’t tell you what to do. But I can tell you what not to do.
Not to do list ( or at least avoid doing early in your working career)
Do not buy a Car 🏎️
I know car is the ultimate status flex. I think that is the most common reason why we buy cars rather than for transportation. It is because of social media world. But be careful because a big monthly downpayment when you are just starting to work will eat most of your salary.
Do not buy a house 🏡
Its the same reason with car. Rent first or live with your parents at least in the beginning if you are fine with that.
Now here are to do list ( of course not financial advice)
Invest early🌅
If you buy a house and car early, your guarantee to have no money left for investing. Unless your an athlete in his rookie contract or a tiktok vlogger earning millions creating shit content but most of us are not.
Most of us are salary men & women who rely on our paychecks. Value your paycheck wisely. Investing early will pay off.
Invest (in bitcoin) ₿
Im not gonna write here how buying/investing in bitcoin will payoff for your future.
This whole blog is about that. Read and scan my archive to find out how & why
Now that I got those unsolicited advice on my chest, here’s a bit of personal story and anecdote from my 10 year career of working so far 1
When you graduate college, most of us don’t even know what we want to do. Sometimes I still feel that way even though I graduated 10 yrs ago.
So don’t be sad. Don’t feel that life is meaningless. Also don’t listen/or believe someone else what to do with your life (even me writing this).
The point is you’ve got to discover it yourself. There is not formula for success. Whatever the fuck success means. You’ve got to define yourself what sucess means to you and live life on your own terms. This doesnt mean yoloing your life and NOT listening to others.
We can certainly learn from others’s. From other’s sucess stories and even failure stories.
Now that I get those unsolicited wisdom out of my chest.
Here is some practical advice.
Finish college.
Get a good paying job.
Avoid lifestyle inflation. Keep your expenses low.
Invest in bitcoin (do not sell at least for the first 10 to 20 years)
If you don’t know what to do in your life at first, Do the 4 steps above while you’re figuring it out. I guarantee that after 10 to 20 years, you will have then have the time, freedom & money to explore what you really wanted to do.

(btw I don’t even know what career means, I just like to use the word as if Im doing something cool but I’m not. I sit all day in front of my laptop doing boring work)
